Herby Yoghurt Dip

This herby and tangy dip pairs well with some crusty sourdough bread and is the perfect throw together snack.

Herby Yoghurt Dip


1/2 cup finely chopped fresh herbs (I used parsley, chives and dill)

Pinch of salt

Pinch of chilli flakes

2 grated garlic cloves

Zest of half a lemon

1/4 ish cup olive oil

2 cups greek yoghurt

Crusty sourdough


1. Finely chop your herbs and combine them in a bowl with salt, lemon zest, garlic and chilli flakes

2. Heat olive oil in a small pan for 5min

3. Pour the sizzling oil over your herbs and combine

4. Add greek yoghurt to a bowl and top with your herb oil

Enjoy with crusty bread, crackers or veggie sticks

Any remaining oil, let cool and serve on top of salads for an extra herby hit
